The bonus terms
A plain-English walk through the headline numbers for New Zealand players: how wagering works, which limits apply to whom, what the codes are and how the weekly offers fit together. Dollar amounts are NZD.
01Basic principles
Each bonus is restricted to one per person and household. To decide who counts as one person the casino compares address, email, IP address, phone number, bank or card, e-wallet account and device. Duplicate accounts are closed, and their winnings and active bonuses are removed.
Every deposit bonus is built the same way: a minimum deposit, a maximum bonus amount, a wagering target, a maximum bet while wagering, and a limited lifespan. Unless a promotion states otherwise, the defaults in these terms apply.
Bonus credits are recorded in UTC. If real and bonus money share a balance, real money is used first, and the bonus finishes when its own balance is gone. A withdrawal cannot be requested until wagering is complete. If you ask early for your own deposit back, the bonus and its winnings are forfeited and the remainder is paid.
02Wagering and game contribution
Wagering is a multiple of the bonus or of the free-spin winnings that must be staked before they can be withdrawn. ×40 is standard for the welcome pack and most weekly offers, ×35 for VIP versions and ×30 for Highroller.
Pokies contribute 100% to wagering, apart from jackpot pokies and a published list of excluded games. Every other game, live tables and instant games included, contributes 5% of the stake. The bet limit also applies to double-up rounds and to bonus rounds bought inside a game.
03Bet limits and win limits
Default limits in New Zealand dollars. They apply unless an offer states different ones:

- No-deposit free spins and similar gifts: winnings limited to NZ$34, or NZ$1,700 for VIP players, and withdrawal needs at least one successful real deposit.
- Free-spin winnings from a deposit bonus: five times the qualifying deposit, up to NZ$1,700 (VIP: five times, up to NZ$8,500).
- Cash-bonus winnings: two times the deposit, up to NZ$8,500 (VIP: five times, up to NZ$17,000).

Free-spin winnings are limited to NZ$170 per step. Cancelling the cash bonus of a step also cancels that step's later spin instalments.

Free spins from the Monday and Wednesday offers must be activated within two days and used within three. Weekend reload spins must be activated within one day.
06Verification bonuses

07Free spins in detail
The value of a free spin is set by each offer; seasonal offers, for instance, use €0.10 per spin and €0.20 for the VIP versions. Spins are credited on named games, and most offers let you choose one of two.
It is not permitted to hold back a round in a bonus feature until wagering has finished, or to deposit again while a feature is still pending. Using bonus money only to advance a feature and completing the final step with real money is also not allowed.
08Fair play
Bonus abuse, hedging across multiple accounts, exploiting technical faults and any other attempt at an unfair advantage can lead to lost winnings, cancelled bonuses and closed accounts. The casino decides on reasonable grounds and may ask you to verify personal and payment details before paying winnings.
09Currency
On the New Zealand site amounts are in New Zealand dollars. The casino publishes each promotion in EUR, USD, AUD, CAD and NZD at a fixed ratio, so an NZD figure is the euro value multiplied by about 1.7, rounded. The tables here already show the NZD values.
10Changes
The casino may change or end promotions and these terms at any time. If a translation and the English version differ, the English version applies. Check the card in your account for the version that applies to you.
