The bonus rules
The detail behind the headline numbers for Australian players: how wagering works, which caps apply, what the promo codes are and how the weekly offers fit together. All dollar amounts are AUD.
01The basics
Each bonus is limited to one per person and household. When the casino works out who counts as one player it looks at your address, email, IP address, phone number, bank or card, e-wallet account and device. Duplicate accounts get shut and their winnings and live bonuses are removed.
All deposit bonuses share the same parts: a minimum deposit, a top bonus amount, a wagering target, a biggest-bet limit while wagering and a time limit. If a promo does not say otherwise, the defaults on this page apply.
Bonus credits are stamped on UTC time. When real money and bonus money sit in one balance, real money is used first, and the bonus ends once its balance is gone. You cannot ask for a withdrawal until the wagering is done. Request your own deposit back early and the bonus and its winnings are lost, with the remainder paid out.
02Wagering and how games count
Wagering is a multiple of the bonus or of the free-spin winnings that you must stake before they can be withdrawn. Normal is ×40 for the welcome pack and most weekly offers, ×35 for VIP versions and ×30 for the Highroller bonus.
Pokies count 100% towards wagering, except jackpot pokies and a published list of excluded titles. Anything else, from live tables to instant games, counts 5% of the stake. The bet limit also covers double-up rounds and bonus rounds you buy inside a game.
03Bet limits and win caps
Default limits in Australian dollars, which apply unless an offer names a different one:

- No-deposit free spins and similar gifts: winnings capped at A$30, or A$1,500 for VIPs, and you need at least one successful real deposit before withdrawing.
- Free-spin winnings from a deposit bonus: five times the qualifying deposit, up to A$1,500 (VIPs: five times, up to A$7,500).
- Cash-bonus winnings: twice the deposit, up to A$7,500 (VIPs: five times, up to A$15,000).

Free-spin winnings are capped at A$150 per step. Cancel the cash bonus of a step and the later spin batches of that step are cancelled too.

Free spins from the Monday and Wednesday offers have to be activated within two days and played within three. Weekend reload spins must be activated within one day.
06Verification bonuses

07Free spins up close
Each offer sets its own spin value; seasonal offers, for instance, use €0.10 a spin and €0.20 for the VIP versions. Spins are credited on named games, and most offers let you pick one of two.
You cannot hold a bonus-feature round back until the wagering is over, or make a new deposit while a feature is still waiting. Using bonus money only to move a feature along and finishing the last step with real money is not allowed either.
08Fair play
Bonus abuse, hedging across several accounts, exploiting technical glitches or any other way of getting an unfair edge can cost you winnings, cancel bonuses and close your account. The casino decides on reasonable grounds and may ask you to verify personal and payment details before paying out.
09Currency
Australian players see amounts in Australian dollars. The casino publishes each promotion in EUR, USD, AUD, CAD and NZD at a fixed ratio, so an AUD figure is the euro value times about 1.5, rounded. The tables here already show the AUD values.
10Changes
The casino can change or cancel promotions and these terms whenever it likes. If a translation and the English version differ, the English version wins. Check the card in your own account for the version that applies to you.
