The bonus rulebook
Everything behind the headline numbers for Canadian players: how wagering works, which caps apply to whom, what the codes are and how the weekly offers fit together. Amounts are in Canadian dollars.
01General principles
Bonuses are limited to one per person and household. Address, email, IP address, phone number, bank or card, e-wallet account and device all count when the casino decides what a "person" is. Duplicate accounts are closed and their winnings and active bonuses removed.
Every deposit bonus has the same ingredients: a minimum deposit, a maximum bonus amount, a wagering requirement, a maximum bet while wagering and a limited lifetime. Where a promotion does not say otherwise, the defaults in this rulebook apply.
Bonus credits are booked on the UTC clock. If real money and bonus money sit in the same balance, real money is used first, and once the bonus balance is gone the bonus ends. Withdrawals cannot be requested until the wagering is complete. If you do request a withdrawal of your own deposit early, the bonus and any winnings from it are forfeited and the rest is paid out.
02Wagering and game weights
Wagering is a multiple of the bonus or of the free-spin winnings you have to stake before they become withdrawable. The standard is ×40 for welcome and most weekly offers, ×35 for VIP versions, and ×30 for the Highroller bonus.
Slots count 100% towards wagering. The exceptions are jackpot slots and a published list of excluded titles. Every other game, from live tables to instant games, counts 5% of the stake. The bet limit also covers double-up rounds and bonus rounds bought inside a game.
03Maximum bets and caps
Default limits in Canadian dollars, which apply unless a specific offer states a different one:

- No-deposit free spins and similar gifts: winnings capped at C$30, or C$1,500 for VIP players, and withdrawal requires at least one successful real deposit.
- Free-spin winnings from a deposit bonus: five times the qualifying deposit, at most C$1,500 (VIP: five times, at most C$7,500).
- Cash-bonus winnings: twice the deposit, at most C$7,500 (VIP: five times, at most C$15,000).
04The welcome pack

Free-spin winnings are capped at C$150 per step. Cancelling the cash bonus of a step also cancels the later spin instalments of that step.

The standard weekly calendar. Each is available once per week, and where two variants exist you can activate only one of them.

Free spins from the Monday and Wednesday offers must be activated within two days and played within three. Weekend reload spins are activated within one day.
06Verification bonuses
- Email confirmation: 25 free spins on Elvis Frog in Vegas (BGaming), credited automatically after you confirm your email address and make a first deposit of at least C$30.
- Phone confirmation: 15 free spins on Fruit Million (BGaming), same conditions.
- Both carry a win cap of C$75 and ×45 wagering on the spin winnings. Activate within one day; spins and winnings last seven days.
07Free spins in detail
Free-spin value is fixed by each offer; seasonal offers, for example, use €0.10 per spin and €0.20 for their VIP versions. The spins are credited on named games, and in most offers you pick one of two.
Delaying a round in a bonus feature until the wagering is over, or making a new deposit while a feature is still pending, is not allowed. The same goes for using bonus money only to progress a feature and finishing the last step with real money.
08Fair play
Bonus abuse, hedging with several accounts, exploiting technical faults and any other way of gaining an unfair edge can lead to forfeited winnings, cancelled bonuses and closed accounts. The casino decides on reasonable grounds and may ask you to verify personal and payment details before paying winnings.
09Currency
On the Canadian site amounts are shown in Canadian dollars. The casino publishes each promotion in EUR, USD, AUD, CAD and NZD at a fixed ratio, so a figure in CAD is the euro value times about 1.5, rounded. The tables on this page already use the CAD values.
10Changes
The casino may change or cancel promotions and these terms at any time. If a translation and the English version differ, the English version prevails. Always check the card inside your account for the version that applies to you.
